DJ's Care Closet

DJ’s Care Closet is a program under the Heart 2 Heart initiative. It was created to meet the needs of grade-school students and their families in Memphis, TN, and surrounding areas. There are many families in our communities who struggle to supply their children with basic needs and supplies. This program brings much needed relief to families and gives children the ability to focus on school by increasing their sense of belonging. Supplying items such as uniforms, shoes, socks, underwear, hygiene products, hair products, school supplies, non-perishable foods, etc. helps students cope better with hardships, which decreases the physical and mental effects of these situations.

The care closet is funded and stocked by sponsors and generous donors. To ensure that every child has the opportunity to attend school with proper hygiene, clean clothes, and shoes, please become a Sponsor for this program.
